When will my goods arrive?

Within ±15 minutes of the estimated delivery window shown when you book. There are no "express" or "standard" tiers — every delivery is transported directly from pickup to drop-off. Traffic and weather can occasionally shift things, and your live tracking link always shows exactly where your driver is.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Every booking comes with real-time tracking and proof of delivery (photo) at every drop.

Does BoxPls deliver everywhere in Singapore?

Yes — we deliver island-wide. For restricted areas that require entry permits (e.g. certain secured or industrial zones), you'll need to arrange the necessary permits or access for our driver before the delivery.

Do you deliver across the border (Malaysia/JB)?

No. All services are Singapore-only — no cross-border trips, including Man & Van hires.

What does on-demand logistics cost?

Prices are calculated based on time and distance, and your exact price is always shown before you book. Setting up a Recurring Route? A 25% discount is automatically applied when you book 2 or more scheduled runs.

What does Man & Van cost?

$154 for a half-day (4 hours) and $288 for a full day (9 hours), displayed upfront. The rate is all-inclusive: driver, van, trolley, loading and unloading, no per-stop or waiting charges. Need longer on the day? Extensions are charged at the hourly rate, subject to your driver's schedule.

What goods can I send with BoxPls?

Almost anything legal that's 20kg or under per item, carryable by one person, and fits our van's cargo space (2.5m × 1.4m × 1.2m) — up to 800kg total per booking. That covers parcels, documents, stock, equipment, and furniture pieces. Not sure about an odd-sized item? WhatsApp us a photo and we'll confirm. See the prohibited items list below for what we can't take.

What items are prohibited?

We can't transport: illegal drugs; firearms, weapons, or explosives; flammable or hazardous materials (gas canisters, paint thinner, fireworks); corrosive, toxic, or radioactive materials; live animals; human or animal remains; perishable food requiring temperature control; cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments; pornographic or obscene materials; counterfeit goods; or anything prohibited under Singapore law.

Can I send food, cakes, or flowers?

Yes, if they don't require temperature control — our vans aren't refrigerated. Ambient-stable food, packaged bakes, and flowers are fine. Anything that must stay chilled or frozen can't be accepted. Pack cakes and flowers securely; we're not liable for damage from inadequate packaging.

Can I send fragile items?

Yes, at your own care — pack them properly with padding and mark them clearly. Our drivers handle all goods carefully, but our liability is limited to the delivery fee, so for fragile valuables consider your own insurance.

Are my goods insured?

We don't provide goods-in-transit insurance. Our liability is limited to the delivery fee paid for that booking. For high-value items, arrange your own insurance before sending.

What should I do for high-value or irreplaceable items?

You can send documents, passports, and certificates, but at your own risk — we strongly recommend arranging your own insurance first, as our liability is limited to the delivery fee.

What if my item is lost or damaged during delivery?

Contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days of the delivery date. If the loss or damage was our fault, we'll refund the delivery fee for that booking. Note our liability is limited to the delivery fee, not the item's value.

When am I charged?

Payment is made upfront at the time of booking. For Recurring Routes, the full amount for your scheduled runs is charged when you set up the route. If you cancel, a cancellation fee is applied to each cancellation under the policy below.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel up to 48 hours before your pickup or start time — a small cancellation fee applies, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm the cancellation. Within 48 hours of pickup, cancellations are charged 50% of the booking value, with the other 50% refunded. No refund is available after the pickup or start time or for no-shows.

How do cancellations work for Recurring Routes?

Per-run. You can cancel any individual run in your schedule (or the rest of the schedule) and fees apply only to the cancelled runs — never your whole booking. The same 48-hour rule applies to each run.

Can I cancel a Man & Van booking?

Yes — the same policy applies: cancel up to 48 hours before your start time for a small fee, or within 48 hours for a 50% refund.

Can I change the delivery address after booking?

No — addresses can't be changed once a booking is confirmed. If you need a different address, cancel the booking (our cancellation policy applies) and rebook with the correct details. Double-check your addresses before confirming.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Rescheduling works the same way as an address change: cancel your existing booking (our cancellation policy applies) and rebook your preferred slot.
